Parkdale teachers rally in support of 75 Spencer

On March 26, teachers and students from Dr. Rita Cox Kina Minagok and Parkdale Public Schools, along with 75 Spencer rent strikers and supporters from the neighbourhood, rallied in the rain to show their support for the rent strike at 75 Spencer set to enter its second month.

They then marched from the school yard to the door of 75 Spencer to show their appreciation for the lengths that tenants at 75 Spencer are going to in order to defend this neighbourhood.

The message to Kin Pong Chung and the rest of the Chung siblings is clear: the only decent thing to do is direct Metcap to withdraw this rent increase.
